Froggie Goes to Westminster 2026!!

I remember the first time my first dog won a dog show.  It was Hot Rod, Froggie's dad.  It was just a little AKC show, and he beat a couple of dogs.  I was SO EXCITED!  On Facebook I remember posting about it and jokingly saying "Westminster, here we come!" 

Fast forward to now...WOW...I honestly never DREAMED this was possible.  But here we are, with Hot Rod's son, going to Westminster.  

I'm a nobody! I haven't showed dogs all of my life like many before me have done.  I haven't worked toward this for decades (only one decade) like so many other breeders have. I am just a girl who had a desire to make her dogs better.  I had some friends who have helped me, and have made some good choices.   I invested in dogs from other breeders who had what I wanted.

Part of me feels there are so many breeders out there who are more far more deserving, and its true.  But then the Louisiana in me comes out and I'm like 

"Heck yea!  We going to Westminster!!!!"

It's a huge honor and accomplishment just to get to participate in this show.  Win, lose, or draw we are SUPER EXCITED!  I look forward to sharing the experience with all of you...my dedicated staff here at Havana Rouge, our amazing Havana Rouge clients, dog show family and local friends and family.
