Christmas 2026 Puppy Reservations & Pickup Information

We're looking forward to helping our families welcome their new puppies this Christmas! To make the holiday season run smoothly for everyone, please review our Christmas reservation, payment, pickup, and optional training arrangements.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy.
• All remaining balances must be paid in full by December 15, 2026, for puppies staying with us or our trainer until Christmas.
• Puppies must be at least eight weeks old and ready to leave our care before going home.

Wednesday, December 23, 2026, is our final scheduled pickup day before Christmas.

We will not have regular pickups available on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Please arrange your pickup in advance so we can accommodate everyone's holiday schedules.

We understand that families sometimes need a little extra time before bringing their puppy home.

• Puppies are generally ready to leave at eight weeks of age.
• We provide one additional week of care at no charge after their eight-week ready date.
• After that complimentary week, extended care is $20 per week, per puppy.

Families choosing our optional extended training program will coordinate their puppy's pickup directly with Jeanette.

December 23 is also the final regular pre-Christmas pickup date for puppies staying with Jeanette.

Training arrangements and pickup times must be confirmed in advance.

For families unable to pick up their puppies in person, flight nanny transportation may be available by arrangement.

• An $85 airport transportation and handling fee is paid to us.
• The flight nanny's fee is separate and paid directly to the nanny. Flight nanny fees generally range $675 - $775 depending on your location. 
• The $85 fee applies whether your puppy travels from our facility or from Jeanette's training location.
• Flight arrangements must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

Ground transportation may be available depending on your location and scheduling.

• Transportation fees vary depending on the destination and arrangements.
• Delivery availability must be confirmed in advance.
• Please contact us to discuss your location and possible options.

Holiday delivery schedules may be more limited than usual. We recommend making transportation arrangements as early as possible.

Families reserving puppies early may have the option of enrolling their puppy in our extended training program with Jeanette.

During their stay, puppies continue working on potty training, daily routines, and other age-appropriate skills.

The earlier your puppy begins training, the more opportunity there is for progress before Christmas.

Please keep in mind:

• Training is optional and subject to availability.
• Training fees are paid directly to Jeanette.
• Your puppy's purchase balance must be paid in full before leaving for training.
• We provide your puppy's regular food during the training stay at no additional charge.
• Vaccinations and worming needed during the training stay are charged at $25 per combined round. An estimated amount will be collected before your puppy leaves for training.
• Training progress varies, and complete potty training cannot be guaranteed.

We encourage everyone to plan ahead, particularly during the busy Christmas season.
